I’ve had a unique opportunity to gain people and performance experience within a variety of industries and have spent over 20 years as a consultant and freelancer to small and medium sized business. I bring to the table a background in engineering, sales, product management, design and photography….. I know what it is like to play to corporate game and make the decision to go it alone.

My first business was a telecommunications consultancy that I gave myself for my 24th birthday. Along the way I’ve learnt what it takes to succeed both in theory and also from the school of hard-knocks.

My style has been variously described as challenging, supportive, informative, authentic, and fun. I also happily admit that I only works with clients who I like and ones want a remarkable business. There is nothing ordinary here and I want nothing but the best for you.
