I’m with him. When I get sick of working from home, I try to remember this. This happens to me 2 days a week where I run training. I have to take the actual work (marking, assessment writing, forms, etc) home as he says.

There’s possibly some balance in setting boundaries with workmates and risking being not-liked.

… Then again, sometimes it’s nice to be interrupted. Or to interupt someone else.
